Windward Wellness is staffed from 6am-9:00pm daily.

Vitality
Take a reviving dip in our vitality spa pool or cold plunge. Indulge in a range of rejuvenating experiences, including a halotherapy salt room, infrared sauna and eucalyptus steam room, or simply lounge poolside.

Outdoor Wellness
With its immediate waterfront location and unprecedented ocean access, Muir offers outdoor wellness amenities, including kayaks and bicycles, as well as yacht and motorboat excursions. Muir is the ultimate home base for a range of outdoor wellness experiences.
Interlude Spa
Located in the Queen’s Marque district with direct access to Windward Wellness, Interlude Spa is available to Muir guests. With almost 4000 square feet of space, Interlude Spa offers aesthetic services, massage therapy and hair services, including special-occasion and bridal.
