Designed by Canada’s Studio Munge, our rooms and suites are richly textured with curved white oak walls and plank flooring – a subtle nod to luxury ocean travel. Commissioned local art, custom fixtures and furnishings and Muir’s modern tartan blanket and braided rug create a serene and refined setting. Expansive windows flood the rooms with coastal light and provide intimate and unprecedented views of Halifax’s spectacular harbour.

Bathed in coastal light, the Executive Shannon Suite offers immediate views of the ocean while also overlooking the new Queen’s Marque district. With over 60 feet of window line,  overlooking Halifax’s iconic art installation, Tidal Beacon, and includes a separate living room, dining area, and handcrafted walnut bar.

Premium Thrumcap Suite

This full-corner suite looks south towards the historic Thrumcap shoal and lighthouse. The suite embodies a modern interpretation of East Coast Design, with spacious living and dining area, a Captain’s desk, and a handcrafted walnut bar.

Executive Thrumcap Suite

This full-corner suite looks south towards the historic Thrumcap shoal and lighthouse. With separate spaces for living, sleeping, and working, the Executive Thrumcap is a residential-style suite designed for both productivity and relaxation, in equal measure.

The Watch

Jutting dramatically over the Halifax harbour with ocean views on three sides, The Watch is a unique Canadian experience. Elevated amenities include separate dining and bar areas, private tasting room and discreet guest entrance.
