Art & Design
Art and design are at the heart of Muir. Designed by our region’s most celebrated architecture practice, MacKay-Lyons Sweetapple Architects, Muir imparts a clear and pure sense of Nova Scotia. Upon arrival, the Light Chocks, inspired by Fresnel lighthouse lenses, marry the traditional and the modern. Guests have exclusive access to an in-house art gallery with rotating exhibitions. A significant collection of original works inspired by Nova Scotia are displayed in the rooms, interiors and outdoor spaces.
